New Summary Blocks on Middle Office List Screens

What's New?

Summarization Blocks are now available on the following List Screens:

  • Payable Charges: Displays Charges, Non-Exported, Exported, and Totals.

  • Billable Charges: Displays Charges, Ready to Bill, Not Ready to Bill, and Totals.

  • Invoices List Screen: Displays Total Amount and Count.

  • Timesheet List Screen: Displays Timesheet Count, Worked Hours, Non-Worked Hours, Total Hours, Total Units, and Total Amount (Amount-based Earn Codes).

Why Does it Matter?

The addition of these Summary Block provides Pay & Bill Specialists with high level data for quick and easy visibility. This update also aligns the look and feel of all Middle Office List Screens.

How Do I Enable This?

Generally Available: Enabled by Default. All customers will be enabled via the Middle Office List Screen Summarization Corp Setting. Contact Support if you do not see these new Summary Blocks on the Middle Office List Screens.
